An Introduction to CRM
As your business grows the task of managing all of the different interactions you have with customers and prospects becomes more difficult. This can cause problems with the retention of clients and your sales pipeline. CRM (Customer Relationship Management) technology could be a solution to these problems.
The goal of this one day workshop is to provide SME owners and managers considering CRM with an understanding of the technology and how it could enable you to build and maintain profitable customer relationships.
Key areas of the session include:
· The benefits of CRM and the business issues it can help resolve
· CRM functionality and how it supports sales, marketing and service processes
· Managing a successful CRM implementation - “People, Process and Technology”
· How to develop a requirements specification for CRM
· How to select a CRM solution and provider
· Getting your staff on board
· Technical issues of CRM (including integration and Cloud-based solutions)
· CRM in action – Live system demonstrations
The workshop will be led by an experienced team with a successful track record of enabling small businesses to achieve CRM success. They’ll be spending time with you in an action planning session at the end of the course to help you define your way forward.
Please note this workshop is being held at the Radisson Park Inn in West Bromwich.
Course pre-requisites:
The course is aimed at SME business owners and managers who want to understand more about CRM systems, how they might improve their businesses and how to implement a project.
These workshops are delivered with funding from Advantage West Midlands which requires us to maximise the number of SMEs receiving support. Due to unprecedented demand and the need for us to be fair and inclusive to all of the SME businesses in the region, companies are only able to apply for one workshop, additionally we are only able to offer one free delegate place at the chosen workshop.
If more than one representative from a company wants to attend a workshop or a representative from a company wants to attend more than one workshop, a nominal fee of £50 +VAT (to cover the cost of venue and refreshments) will be charged per person per workshop.
